Work at Venn

We're looking for a bunch of legendary humans to join our team of Coffee Crafters. Our Coffee Crafters make up the majority of our workforce. Their job is to serve our customers, engage with our community and make Venn a welcoming environment for all.

Ideally you will have some experience working behind a coffee machine, or alternatively have worked in a fast paced environment where you are required to multitask.

We are looking for people who are available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week. We are open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a must.

We're looking for multiple Assistant Cafe Managers to help support our Cafe Managers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an autonomous role where you are expected to consistently set & enforce a high standard of customer care. To excel in the role you will need to have a passion for coffee, customer service and growing a community.

The position is available full or part time. A fixed roster is on offer, with a minimum of two weekend days per fortnight required. There is flexibility in terms of days on offer. Opportunities are available to progress to Cafe Management in the future.
