Work at Venn

We're always on the look out for legendary humans to join our team of Coffee Crafters. Our Coffee Crafters make up the majority of our workforce. Their job is to serve our customers, engage with our community and make Venn a welcoming environment for all.

Ideally you will have some experience working behind a coffee machine, or alternatively have worked in a fast paced environment where you are required to multitask.

We are looking for people who are available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week. We are open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a must.
